We offer a 30 day return policy where you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order. In addition to this, during the Christmas period, we extend the returns policy so that Christmas orders placed in November and December can be returned after Christmas. 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, a copy of the original invoice and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We strongly recommend you get a proof of postage for your records.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We cannot accept Zippo lighters which have contained fuel, or hip flasks which have contained liquid, so if you receive your lighter and need to return it, please do not fill it with fuel.

Returns of Personalised Items

Due to the one-off personalised nature of engraved items, we are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless there is an error (eg. spelling) on our part, there is a manufacturer defect with the product or if the wrong item has been engraved. We cannot accept responsibilty for spelling mistakes that are caused by you entering the incorrect spelling when placing the order. All orders are engraved / personalised with the spelling which is entered by you when placing the order, so PLEASE CHECK SPELLING CAREFULLY.


We will refund the original price you paid for the item which has been returned, provided it has been returned to us in the original packaging in its original unused condition and was returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. We do not refund any original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, nor any return shipping costs you may incur except in the case of a packing error, or a faulty product.


If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchasing the item. but you still will have to pay return shipping. If you require to exchange the goods for items of a greater or lesser value than the returned goods, we will refund the returned items and place a new order. Otherwise, a straight exchange with no refund will be issued. We will not charge additional postage for exchanged items.

Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
